Solarna Systems uses the information submitted through the project brief form solely to assess and respond to a potential engineering engagement.

What is collected

Contact details, company details, project information, and any file you choose to upload.

How it is used

Information is reviewed by Solarna Systems to understand the requested scope, prepare a response, and communicate about the enquiry. It is not sold or published.

Storage

Project briefs and uploaded files are processed through Cloudflare Pages and stored in a private Cloudflare R2 bucket configured by Solarna Systems. They are not publicly accessible through this website and are retained only as long as needed to manage the enquiry and related business records.
