Where do the leads come from?
You supply the business records through manual entry or CSV. Customer plans do not include a lead database, automated discovery, or contact enrichment. Use information you are allowed to upload and process.
What does a website audit include?
An audit collects available public-page evidence and reports findings with scores, confidence, and recommendations. Desktop and mobile screenshots and a PDF are available when produced successfully. Blocked pages, inaccessible sites, or missing evidence can limit the result. Review each finding before using it.
Will LeadForge send outreach for me?
No. Customer workspaces prepare editable drafts for you to review and copy. You choose whether and how to use them in your own tools. There are no customer campaigns, connected mailboxes, or automatic sends.
What happens at a plan limit?
Your account shows current audit usage and stored-lead capacity. Work that would exceed a limit is blocked. Audit allowance resets each billing period; stored leads continue to count. There are no automatic overage charges. Contact support if you need different capacity.
How do cancellation and refunds work?
Manage your subscription through the customer billing portal. Cancel future renewals before the next billing date; access normally continues through the paid period. For a billing problem or refund request, read the refund information and contact us. Cancellation alone does not request a refund.
Does an audit guarantee a business result?
No. Scores help prioritize review and may be incomplete or need interpretation. LeadForge does not guarantee a reply, a sale, a ranking improvement, or that every finding applies to a business. Your judgment remains part of the workflow.
