Project enquiry data

Solarna Systems uses your project brief to assess your requirements and respond to your enquiry.

What is collected

Contact details, company details, project information, and any supporting file you upload.

How it is used

We review your information to define the scope, prepare a response, and communicate about your project. It is not sold or published.

Storage

Project briefs are processed by a Cloudflare Worker. Accepted records and uploaded files are stored in a private Cloudflare R2 bucket. A submission summary may be sent through an authenticated relay hosted on Amazon Web Services, using Amazon Simple Email Service, to our mailbox.org inbox for internal review. Uploaded files are not included in that email. Records are retained only as long as needed to manage the enquiry and related business records.

Service providers

Cloudflare provides website delivery, form processing, and private storage. Amazon Web Services hosts the notification relay and provides outbound email delivery through Amazon Simple Email Service. mailbox.org hosts the receiving business inbox.
